Go for the Nationals, represent Ghana in Africa...it is there and then that you can talk about International or World Stages. You haven't reached anywhere at all. Overthere in Ghana, it's ok. But you haven't reached International standard. Continue with more practices. Some of us in diaspora have seen you and may try to support you with some of the things you requested in your interview. And so my humble advice to you is to relax, don't rush, take your training seriously and the sky will be your limit.......congratulations.

  You can't realize your dream in Ghana you better start contacting track coaches in America universities usc, universities of Florida, university or Texas, Kentucky, Georgia, Oregon call or email the female track coaches staying in afuom gh will ruin your career this is my advice to all the gh athletes in shs n universities in Ghana dont waste your talent Ghana athletics association should provide an outlet to flood these schools with gh athletes at least the top 3 athletes in each track n field discipline at regionals should be assisted to leave the country apiu afuom.ghana where when tou buy pork meat and onion for the house dog the other house residents and watchmen get envious of you and the dog. Why you ask? Because they want to eat the pork meat...in afuom Ghana if you want to give someone anything even used underwear..give it to them directly or else forget it..even food meant for dogs can't be spared. How do you Gove a dog bones to eat? Can't you survive off bones and banku or kenkey?
