Do we have a good team that if we sack him and employ a top class coach we can do well at the WC? We've never done well in all the youth tournaments in the past 10yrs, our local leagues are not producing the best of players. How do rely on a collection of players in the European leagues to form a senior national to perform well at the WC? It doesn't work that way, let's pay attention to our football academies ,the local leagues shd be improve with players given better incentives for the them to be able to compete well internationally.

Gone were the years that leaders like Dr Kwame Nkrumah & Gen I.K. Acheampong helped to build our coaches capacity thru the National Sports Council. Thru them we won 4 AFCONS, they also produced very good players for our local leagues.I admit the dynamics have changed with our young players frequently moving outside bcoz remuneration is low back home.We can't throw our hands in the air,let NSA select some of our your coaches, send them outside for refresher courses, strengthen our local leagues b4 thinking of high class coaches. Again NSA shd pay attention to all our football academies and monitor what they are doing.By so doing we can also use them to strengthen our youth National teams, which will translate to the senior team BS.
