  What is the essence of second cycle sports?? Most of the fine and excellent athletes are ignored and left to rust . How many of these athletes from the second cycle schools made it to the national level though excellent ones were always discovered,yet hooliganism and vandalism glut there festivals across the country. Bold decisions must be taken to either call it off or the nation makes use of the few excellent ones.
