  NDC Govt is not discipline to carry out that decision. Historical we've come to know NDC to rely on populism and they will definitely send Supporters. The excuse they will give is they are for the underprivileged.

The other day, while many were lambasting the Ghanaian who refereed the Afcon match, he was the first "high profile" sports personality (as a former Sports Minister) to come out to publicly commend the referee for a good job done.

  That is quite an idea but it has been done before and hope others will follow suit. An associate of mine paved the whole street leading to his house at Tantra Hills and the street is named after him.
