Please, let's put sentiments aside. The truth must be told. Since Thomas joined Villarreal, he has not been performing well at all. Every week I watch Villarreal's match because of him. Even if Madrid is playing Barca I watch Villarreal because of him except when his name is not on the team sheet. So as the coach said, Thomas has been so poor that he can't hold onto the ball for more than 2 seconds. Immediately he gets the ball, he makes a pass and he does that throughout his stay on the field. In their game against Deportivo Alaves, Villarreal were leading 3-0 and he came on in the ,67th minute. When he got the ball he immediately made a back pass to their goalkeeper but unfortunately an Alaves player intercepted it and scored bringing the result to 3-1. But for the coach to come out openly to criticize him is not good. Why has he not called him to talk to him one on one about his performances?
