In your sports articles on match results, expressions like "Liverpool's 4-1 defeat against PSV, Hearts of Oak defeat to Kotoko" etc. immediately put you off reading the articles.
My English teacher taught me about collocation which gives the appropriate and precise meaning to information being given out. Ghanaweb journalists and proof readers, raise your game. Don't just want to be the first, but strive to be the best too!
