  We always inflate the cost of every govt project and at the end we struggle to maintain it.The sad aspect is most of these projects are not up to standard. Just look at a stadium that was put up less than 15yrs ago.

  What we have we can't maintain them so what's the point of building new ones ? Why we don't learn from others as to how to maintain facilities like sports stadiums ?
