Trump isn't to be trusted. He has lied more than 34,000 times and continues to lie. US embassies in African countries will deny visas to a disproportionate number of fans even if they have tickets compared to those coming from Europe. Trump has called all African countries shithole, so anyone who thinks they can get a visa to the US should think twice. It wouldn't surprise me if Trump colludes with corrupt FIFA to draw most African teams to play the bulk of their preliminary matches in Canada and Mexico. That way, their fans wouldn't come to the US for preliminary matches.
