My takeaway from this game is Black Stars always struggle when faced with a defensive minded opponent that decide to pack the bus, sit back and counter at opportune moment. Eg. of such matches were Black Stars Vrs Uruguay one and two, Vrs Mexico, Vrs Madagascar first match, Vrs Comoros and Vrs Chad. We have to have special penetrating players/DMs in such moments that can take the fight to the opponent.

I wonder the measure of calamity the coaching management is waiting for Gideon Mensah to cause before he is excused from the Black Stars. This guy was a total disaster in a friendly against the US; he has committed blunder after blunder in countless matches, yet he is still being made to command the left back spot.
Salis Samed is another below-average player who is always being given game time by this coach, for what confounding reason, I don't know. I want to believe gameless Ibrahim Suleimana can do a far better job than this Salis guy.
I was on the fence about Otto Addo's competence, but now I have lost complete faith in him for the reasons that he keeps inviting and fielding inferior players to display questionable abilities when there are far better accomplished players available.

I blame the coach because in a match like this, he should have played Yirenchi and Caleb in the midfield and not Salis. Salis should not merit a call up anymore.

The ball was played more backward than forward by the black stars and that was when I knew one goal was not safe. It was like they did not know the importance of the match.

Gideon should also avoid that and send the ball to the opponents penalty area he performs anytime he does that
The coaches should make changes quickly and stop hero worshipping the players those who don’t perform must be axed from the team
