U but you have forgotten that, Man.U is a commercial entity and that of the church is not. If churches will collapse if church members don't contribute, then the best thing to do is to register as a limited liability company and to float shares. Some churches have existed for over centuries and still moving on but these modern churches, the charismatic and pentecostal, have become money conscious. After all the tithes and offerings, founder's day and others, pastors still not happy with what they get from church activities. The general economic situation is biting hard for everyone so pastors must manage whatever is put in the offering bowl.

Now most of these Charismatic churches are positions their children at vantage positions to over - a true family business.

What is happening is that they call on us to contribute into their family businesses, after they sack you.

Wow. Do you even know him? Go to Bolgatanga and go and see how he has transformed that City. By the way, he and his wife pastor his local church Fountain Gate Chapel (Desert Pastures) for free (no salary or allowance). Let me list a few of the things God has used him and using him to do through Eastwood Anaba Ministry (EAM). EAM is his legacy organisation the projects are funded through his own resources and from contributions of partners.
1. Renovated the Regional Police Head Office opposite his Church to bring it to modern standard.
2. Built a Guest House (Doxa Court) which houses people who come to the area for programmes at a reasonable price.
3. Built a top class Private School (nursery to JHS) which has over the years produced excellent individuals who are all over the world. Charges very subsidised fees because it is not a profit making venture
4. Built a fully-airconditioned 800 capacity Community Centre in his home town for the community including District and Regional Government Executives to use free of church.
5. Putting up a 100 seater capacity library for in his home town for children to use.
6. Putting up a 7 storey EAM Head Office close to Bolgatanga as a legacy project. Will house accommodation, church, school, hospital, etc.
7. Put up buildings for widows, orphans and supporting over 200 pupils/students with school fees, accommodation, pocket money, etc plus monthly support for widows
8. Recently renovated the middle school were he attended and the Women Training Institute.

In summary, his passion is to see people's lives change for better and his only heart desire is to have enough resources to make more impact.
