They can be highly favored than a pure black skin. We saw how Morocco went to the semifinals at the World Cup smoothly and uninterrupted but Ghana was targeted to be kicked out at quarterfinals. We know Asamoah Gyan messed up with the penalty but the refereeing was purely biased. Infact the handball was a clear goal, it crossed the line.
Yes, it’s possible for an Arab African to win it.
