Those of you criticizing Ronaldo are a bunch of dunderheads. Vinicius was denied the award last year because he is black and here’s why? South Americans are racist against blacks and they made sure to vote against Vinicius Junior last year to denied him the award. Same is playing out this year and I will not be surprised if Dembele also misses out with the funny excuse that he didn’t get enough votes. Any player with ties to the Spanish speaking countries always get 100% support whether good or not. For them, they are like tribes who cling together irrespective of the circumstances. Ronaldo was loosing to Messi for this same award due to the Spanish or Latino votes which never favored Ronaldo. Under normal circumstances, Rodri should never have won the award ahead of Vinicius. You will understand the racism in sport if you have lived in the United States. It appears some stupid blacks just follow the bandwagon and refuse to support their own and that’s sad. If it was about best play through out the season and not trophies, why didn’t Thierry Henry won it when he was with arsenal or Drogba?
