you must have a player recruiting dept. the coach recommends players to the dept. the recruiting dept can assess the coaches recommendations based o what the team needs, coach requests etc and then the recruting dept goes out n buys/secures the player. you cant give full ultimatum to the coach to coach and also recruit his own players. why u ask? well, the coach is humans. what of he takes bribes to recruit players n takes his percentage? what if he favors certain players in his recruitment decisions? kotoko, you goofed on the one. please, find out what club like ahly, liverpool, real madrid are doing and emulate.
