There are at times coach's will ask you to change your style of play to suit their tactics and if you refuse, you will be benched. Pep, Ancolletti, Slot, will not tolerate you. Even Mbape at Real Madrid has changed his style of play.

Even in the regular job environment in Europe and America you're required to conform to established, tried and tested SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). How much more multi billion dollar football! maybe he was just saying this to the camaeras but if Kudus truly means what he is saying then he is juvenile and misdirected. look at Vinicius jr before Ancelotti started coaching him. and look at Vini Jr now. huge changes. before ancelotti took over real madrid, Vini was playing very similar to Kamaldeen. his finishing was average at best. with Ancelotti direction, Vini has now become a prolific winger and striker so for Kudus to tlak like this is devoid of fundametals and ration. as a player, you have to understand that you you see yourself as a SPONGE. learn from these coaches as much as possible because only a few players have the opportunity to be coached by elite coaches like ancelotti, pep so if you get the chance to be coached by an elite coach with trophies under their belt. go and LEARN. ANY player coaches by ancelotti and pep is a hot commodity on the transfer market. ask yourself why

Across the world of sport, coaches have shaped many raw talents into world class material. This is why many players speak so highly of their coaches. Notice how Michael Essien revers Mourhino. It is because he know the value the coach added to him as a young talent. Listen to how Christiano speaks of Alex Ferguson, and you’d know the coach did a lot to shape him into being who who is today. Talent is never enough.

Kudus didn’t speak well at all. To even emphasize that he won’t change his okay for any coach or whoever you are is very arrogant and disrespectful. Westham didn’t sign you to play ball and enjoy yourself. They came for you because they need your services to achieve a particular goal or objective . And that goal is determined by the club’s sporting directors and coaches ( the very people you say you won’t listen to, if what they ask of you doesn’t make you smile) .

A coach tells his club he wants you, club President runs around to raise 40 million dollars to purchase you , you come to the club and you say if the coach asks you to play this way in this particular game so that the team can salvage a point away, you won’t barge ? Wake up boy; wake up. At that stage, nobody cares about your coming from Nima. They need results. Every player you see on the pitch has a special story. Every single one of them.
All the best players the world have seen were raw talents. It took moulding, discipline and coaching to make them refined and accepted. Enough said

Kudus playing style is still not polished. how do you distinguish between a raw and polisehd player., yu ask? a polished player know what to do with the ball, his positioning and when to do that. there has to be consistency is his play year after year. either you are improving every year or you are maintaining your statistics. this is kudus second year in the lg. look at his performance last season compared to this yr.huge disparity. any club who wants to buy a player wil look at the players consistency year after year. if you dont show consistency or maintain your performance from the previous year. they dont want to touch you. and the reason why kudus performance is dipping is because he refuses to learn from his coaches. you must understand that coaches communicate with each other. you may be the most skillful, talented player but if you dont listen to caches instructions. he will communicate this to other coaches. right now kudus is the most skillful but Bowen is the most important player on the team
