Tell the player what to do and give the player a chance to execute their role. That's it. Look at welbeck..had he played for Gh in sure he won't have gotten a callup bevause we see how he plays for Brighton every week. The laws of Ghana prohibits people with dual nationality from becoming an MP, all our MPs are locals, look at the state of the country. Again, we hired Otto Addo to qualify us for the WC and win trophies and not to call local players, why don't we allow he Otto Addo to do his job? If he calls locals and he fails, will you sack him or not?
