"clash between fans indeed". Did you mean 'a thorough investigation'? and the culprit has been aided to escape by the police and their paymasters? Ghana is really a banana republic. I don't think democracy is good for us.

If it's true that the alleged murderer has managed to flee to Senegal, what stops the Government of Ghana take the issue to the Government of Senegal, to seek its help to find the alleged murderer in his country and repatriate him to Ghana or use the assistance of the Interpol if Senegal is a member country?
