  Okraku is businessman using the blackstar brand for his personal gains. This clueless man has destroyed our football that gives us some pleasure. How can we pay management members 100000usd each whiles the winner of our league takes less than 20000usd? We were made to believe that Nyantekyi was bad, but his tenure saw the blackstars giving us some good moments to boast with. Okraku presides over a blackstars that couldn't win a single game at two afcons, an afcon qualifying matches in a group of Sudan, Niger, and Angola. Scouting for coaches to handle the team is even a problem, you set your own criteria and disrespect it. Otto Addo is a disaster, we either bring back kwasi Appiah or go in for a seasoned European coach. Kotoko and Hearts will both not hire Otto Addo to handle their respective teams. I wish to appeal to HE President JM, to return ghana to normalization for 2years and play only our local tournaments with good sponsorship and about 10million cedis for the winner and 2million cedis for participation for each team. The venues must be streamlined to allow only 8 venues to host games. Accra stadium, kumasi stadium, tamale stadium, TnA park, UG stadium, cape coast stadium, Dr kyei stadium, and pick one venue in the Bono region and bring it to the standard of the TnA park. The normalization team should not be ran by team owners. They should be individuals who are not professionally attached to any club. There should be a law that allows players to leave ghana with a minimum of three seasons in ghana with any club. The lower tier players can only leave without a premier football only for transfers more than 2million
  dollars. Academy clubs can transfer players with clauses that benefits the state, such as a percentage of onward transfer fees to the ghana premier board. The salaries of national team players in the local league should be borne by the state. This is the way to give back the football to the actual actors not those business people.
