If we are serious as a country the OSP SHOULLD BE BY A CONSTITUTION AND NOT IN ANY WAY BE LINKED TO A PRESIDENT (a very corrupt one like that akuffo addo in particular) -because it will not work. So if the osp has failed then it is because it is not set right not because he is not doing his work
