  any person who want to do business in foreign currency must open a foreign-currency account-^in the GEXIM bank so that their capital could be loaded on their bank account card which allow them to purchase in foreign currency.
  The era where people accumulated millions of cedes and get up one day go the 4x4 money converter shop, and change the millions of cedes into dollars must be a thing of the past.
  every transactions must be through a bank .
  our problem in the exchange rate mostly has to do with money laundry and rash to catch a dollar.
  if you are in Kumasi magazine and you do imports of spare parts, you must hold a bank accounts card that are in Euros or dollars.
  2. The EPS ( electronic payment system ) or the TPOS ( TERMINAL POINT OF SALES ) must be a critically look at.
  if we don't have it in Ghana , it must be an urgent creation to deal with how the people could get a better platform that has to do with Banking transfers not the like of mobil money Transfer.
  you could use the MOMO only when you have connected your bank account number to your Telephone.
  if you don't have a bank account number, you cannot do momo , the reason is simply , people has printed fake currency , the MOMO sale agents has no special training to detect those fake currencies, so the criminals use the MOMO to put those fake currency into the system, use their MOMO to withdraw the authentic cedes and use that to purchase dollars , if those money have passed through a bank, the fake ones could be detected.
  all these measures help to maintain the cedi dollar rate at a manageable level.

I don't agree that they should be deserving of the same amount in bonuses as bstars. Mahama stop the b unnecessary travel and stay home and fix ghana.. if ibwere tou ibould build a rail line from kinatmpo to Burkina border and make sure all the inter regional roads connecting all the northern regions are developed. Plus each northern regional capital will have a world class stadium with track, boxing gyms and basketball courts. If you don't do this for my northern brothers and sister Mahama you are a fool indeed
