  For Team Owners, CEO's, Board of Directors of football clubs who keep giving Coaching Jobs to Wayne Rooney, I just don't get it. I know some people will say because of his clout as a footballer, yes but as a coach he is a super incompetent. From Derby County, DC United in MLS, back to Birmingham City and to Plymouth Argly he is simple not good enough to be a coach. Rooney should get a job as a football pundit after all that's what the Brits are good at. TALKING
  After all Jemie Gallagher with his deep SCOUSER ACCENT is doing well Rooney can also do it. As for Coaching is no no for him.
