Ghanaians don't care. He can tell that to the Sudanese FA, so stop the idiotic and foolish promotional write-ups for Kwesi Appiah. He will NEVER again coach the Black Stars, so stop the nonsense. Ghana gave this cowardly joker more chances to succeed as a coach than any coach in Ghana's history, yet he failed miserably. Before he was appointed as the head coach of the Black Stars from 2012 to 2014, he had also served as the assistant Black Stars coach from 2007 to 2012 under Claude Le Roy and Milovan Rajevac. So all together, Ghana kept him for over 7 years (both as assistant and head coach) and despite having some of the best group of players in Ghana's modern history available to him, Ghana suffered very painful AFCON and WC first round exits. The moronic reason he gave for benching his best players in the Brazil WC game against the US was he thought the American players will get "tired." No modern coach will speak such foolishness. He can continue coaching Sudan and win the next AFCON with his Kejetia, Jamaase, Kumase, Asawase, Kenyase, Cocoase coaching certificate. Both Otto and the entire GFA must also go. Ghana needs a complete reset. Nkwasiasem !!!

This assertion contrasts sharply with public perceptions about Coach Appiah's dropping of Majeed Waris at the 2019 AFCON, at a time when the STRICKER was in blistering form in the French Top Division League.

Coach Akwasi Appiah, were you not blamed for doing exactly what you are saying that “no competent manager would allow.” So, were you not a competent coach at that time?

Massa can this media stop disturbing our ears with hyping Kwesi Appiah. All of a sudden he is a top class coach all because he used his Sudan to beat a Gh team coached by a nobody like himself hence every beating the Black Stars. Player selection interference was there when he was the coach what did he do ? Massa let us think he is definately not the solution to the Black Stars woes. Not Otto Addo either.

Coach Akwasi Appiah is NEVER the answer to the problems we are having right now. In addition to one’s technical skills, the coach must be his own man. Not a push over by GFA nor disrespected by the players. I ... read full comment

He will not win a single point at Afcon, too much noise because you defeated your underperforming country.

Even with that, there is no place for Akwasi Appiah to coach the Black Stars again. Let's move on.

Being better than Otto Addo does not make one good enough to coach the Black Stars. Looking at the recent trend of affairs of the team, it is not even a noteworthy achievement in the first place.
