  Our problem is not the availability of football talents in Ghana. We are unable to prudently manage them from top to bottom. And proper and honest administration includes the provision of facilities-but look at our facilities across the country, football-wise?
  We have failed to build another training facility elsewhere in addition to the one in Prampram since independence.
  Leadership is a perennial problem for us.
