Don’t you have any topics to discuss instead of always talking about Ghana soccer? Saddick, please note that you and other people on radio are mostly responsible for the black stars problems. It seems all that you people care about is talk nonsense and offer irresponsible analysis of what the coaches and the players should do. We are tired of these nonsense and I may suggest you guys should move on to other topics for discussion. I know you guys don’t have the intellect and education to talk about other topics, but you have to try and use the platform to encourage better discussion on other topics.

A closer look at our sports stadiums, particularly our football pitches, around the country tells it all.
Owing to corruption & mismanagement, we lack a sports graduation system to tap and nurture our bottomless pool of talents.
I hereby strongly suggest that effective January 1, 2025, if God permits us to live, the amounts of cash paid to our corrupt politicians should be rather transferred into Sports Improvement Fund to be used to harness and nurture our sports talents in Ghana.
Anyone caught dipping his/her unholy hands into the fund must be jailed for life.
Our current Frefrekobo Black Stars is continually disappointing & disgracing us and we must be more than serious from hereon.

Let me say talent is a basic need in football but it's not enough at all.
There are other 3 important factors that we are not paying much attention to the growth of the game.
1.Policy
2.Philosophy
3.Environment.
Our leaders should know where they are going, they should have a defined aim and objective in the long term.
A research should be done to know the kind of game suitable for Ghanaian players both home and abroad.
I'm saying this because after Tony Yeboah's performance in the European league,Ghana has not been able to produce any top striker. As for goalkeeping we don't come nowhere near.
The last point is about what we do with our footballers.Tnx.

Talent is 1000% the issue! To be competitive at this level of football you need a combination of Alpha male +, Alpha male -, Alpha male, Beta male++ and Beta male + footballers. How many of these players are currently rostered? Maybe two Alpha male - and one Beta male ++ and that's basically it. And Saddick Adams' comment on Ghana the best dribblers in the EPL is unfortunate.Folks, how many times you actually see EPL players dribbling during a 90 minute match? Rarely! If you coach and you have an out of control and disciplined dribbler try this exercise. During a scrimmage the second the dribbler begins his selfish dribbling, instruct his teammates to get on one knee. The dribbler must take on the opposing side without the ability to pass to his mates who are on one knee. And once the dribbler loses possession he must on his own attempt to win the ball back. Do this for 20 minutes straight and see if this does not psychologically discipline that dribbler to learn to release the ball in a timely manner.
