Why is it that Black Africans do not like to resign after they fail woefully in their roles. A white coach in Otto's position, failing to qualify Ghana for Afcon, a new low with 3 points out of 18, would respectfully resign and apologise to Ghanaians, but not Otto or most black coaches across Africa who will sit tight until they are pushed out with ignominy. Shame on Otto for failing to throw in the towel after this disaster.
