The focus is on World Cup even if the team will exit at preliminary stage and the sporadic fall f the Black Stars would then occur. World Cup is too ‘juicous’ because of the’benefits’ to FA officials. How many coaches are you going to sack in just 3 year.? Ghana’s football fortune has been declining since after World Cup in South Africa. O Afcon in 42 years and still counting. Ghana has no good players apart from Ayu brothers and Semenyo. 1. Get the team A together now. That should comprises of good players from the 15 years to 20 years from Ghana and Abroad including the two guys at Baca.
Form. 15 to 20 national team and tour them all in Africa.
After the Africa tour , the tour them in Europe then out of the 25 players selected for this project select 14 out of them as a ten and sub beach.
