  It is a wishful thinking if you think you can change things without hiring a competent head coach and backroom staff. You dont need any rebuilding. A competent coach with a good plan to fix all the in balance in the scoring, defense and midfield, can read games and know the opponents game plan is all the team need. Watch past videos, see the physicality, efficiency in play, tactical discipline, speed, resilience in play. The boys can only flourish under a competent coach.
