  All the coaches cited in the article were all proven coaches with winning records. On the other hand Otto is a coach with limited experience and losing record. Ghana was luck to go to the world cup based on away goal after drawing with Nigeria. They didn't make it pass the group stages. You can't use this useless analogy to justify not firing Otto.

We've changed numerous coaches and still haven't been able to bring the cup and so ought to prepare from the scratch and that takes time so coach addo should be given the team for minimum of 15 years to give us a cup after all we've spent close to 40 years without a cup

  @Farouq, you are gullible to think that Otto is capable of building the team and therefore should be given the opportunity to do so. Remember he was in charge of black stars after its early group exit, after which he resigned. Based on his substitution patterns and lack of in game tactical adjustments one can deduce that Otto lacks the required coaching acumen to handle the Black Stars.

  The guy refuses to quit! It his right, because he has a contract for 3years. Sack him and you would have to pay him his money for the whole three years in addition to other terms (bonuses etc)! Even the state is in arrears with his salary, how much more the whole pay for the three years! In any case, this is the reason why people like Micheal Essien, Desially etc are refusing to coach the Black Stars! Any top coach worth his salt would make sure he gets a good deal with GFA! Kwesi Appiah had to wait years before getting his pay! C.C. Akonnor has uptill now not been paid! The failure of the Black Stars is not alone the fault of Otto! The whole team and the management of GFA are also to be blamed!
