It’s obvious the black stars players are full of juju dabblers which goes against some of the good players. Then GFA corruption would ensure that dome rubbish players wear Ghana’s by rain or shine. I pity Otto Addo, maybe he isn’t so rubbish after all, but the negativity within and around Black stars is enough to stifle any good coach who isn’t ‘ Say it & die.’ Type.

And the way is bragging about his mentors makes the point. Most cookie cutter coaches fail because it is impossible to copy someone else's original blue prints. Ghana from the GFA to Otto lacks the pioneering spirit. Look at the set up at the FA, what has changed in the last fifty years? NOTHING!!! CONFLICT OF INTEREST WHICH IS BASICALLY BUILT INTO THE BYLAWS OF THE FA HASN'T CHANGED. Management committees which basically intrudes on the work of a head coach and his staff
