If the same opportunities that was given to Gyan equally given to Ishmael Addo, I think the conversation would have been more better than it is now.

Ishmael started retrogressing when he was ommitted from that CAN 2002 squad. Ohhh Yes!!

Ismael didn't get the opportunities because he simply wasn't good enough. I remember dissecting his statistics for Osam Duodo in 2003. It became obvious that although he had scored more goals than the other two top goal scorers in the league, over 90% of his goals were scored primarily against the lower level teams in the league. He struggled to score against the top three teams in the league.

To me Asamoah Gyan is my favorite Ghana footballer. Because I like STRIKERS who has everything like him. Just that Asamoah Gyan would miss 6 goals out of 10 and Ishmael would score 7 goals out of 10 goals.
