During our recent matches with Mali and CAR, the conclusion was that Otto was changed man .He has learnt his lessons . Every about him was positive and that we are going to see good days ahead. But his language after the first Sudan game in Accra , showed clearly he has gone back to his pre-wc mode. Nothing has changed with Otto. All his answers to the media was not clear, Mourinho and Tuchel style when they are in bad mode. And now it's coming up he lost the dressing room.

The coach reserves the sole right to determine who his captain should be and why. This isn't a chieftancy and the captaincy is NOT the Ayew's birthright! Does Jordan, have an ancestral claim to the armband? Does Jordan appear to have the personality for a Captain of the Ghanaian national team? Look at Baby Jet, even look at Dede. They are very different characters to Jordan. Jordan seems to be a loner, and that doesn't necessarily enure to a nominal leadership position. He can lead by example but if Otto has decided he ought not be captain what BUSINESS is it of a clueless journalist to interrogate why he made that decision. Do you think Baby Jet was ready to surrender the armband when it was hijacked for Dede? Why didn't Dede reject it? NONSENSE. You people are not serious. Whether you hate it or not, Jordan is a senior team member, and some of these decisions must be discussed with him. The inexperienced coach is NOT wise enough. That is why Partey, Djiku and now Jordan are having problems with him. Regarding technical coaching, he is not giving us the results which I do not blame him entirely for. But what I can say is that, he is useless at people management which is part of coaching. It was a stupid decision and kindergarten mistake to give Kudus the number 10 jersey with the captains arm band. He put unnecessary pressure on the boy and may now create enemies for him as well.
