1. There is a country called Ghana, but there is no national team call the Black Stars- just a bunch of soccer mercenaries who are assembled 2 weeks before a crucial game to represent the country.
Call them the Bleak Stars, Black Minnows, or the Black Sisters!
2.Their first allegiance is to their clubs who pay their salary, and according to Dan, they will not give their 120 %, rissk injury and lose their daily bread or 'chop money'.
GFA, Otto Addo and all conserned must get this into their thick skulls and dumb minds.
If they already do, then they are either mad, corrupt or both.

3.It will only take magic for a diverse Team to gel enoughto play any sensible, productive soccer.

Akwasi Appiah is no great coach, but he has dedicated players who play their hearts outbecause they have nothing to lose.He also played a nonentity in the form and shape of the Black Stars.

Select ALL Black Starsfrom the local league.
Have one team the Republicans as one Team, drawn from other Teams to represent Ghana in all National and international games, so they will be playing as one Team all the Time, with better conditions.

Long Term SOLUTION
Start from colts, intercolleges, academicals and similar to tap, nuture and develop the talent.

All these will work if the powers that be are gifted, passionate and selfless with a 'can do' attitude.

Are you wondering why the Black Stars are in such a difficult situation, possibly missing out on the 2025 African Cup? The answer lies in the collapse of our team-building structures. Our youth teams are filled with undeserving players, often selected due to connections with exco members, rather than merit. This has deprived deserving players, who could have matured into key assets for the senior team, of their chances.

Can you identify a single youth team member who stands out as promising? While we should have been regularly playing the likes of Painstil, Ashimeru, and Nuamah to help them grow in confidence and chemistry, we were instead relying on unredeemable players like Kwaku Kyere and Kingsley Schindler.

The solution? Dissolve the GFA and, if necessary, face the consequences from FIFA. At least this would give us a chance to rewrite the constitution and limit the powers of those who contribute little (so called football people) in terms of financial resources or player development.

Some of the players around the team and those not part of the team, going against each other and making sure the black stars lose matches just to vindicate themselves is what has brought us here. The spirit around the team isn't good. The best thing to do now is to flash out such players and start building a new team with different set of players to command a good spirit around the team.
