I guess Okraku's threatening speech to the team didn't work. Acting like a typical Ghanaian big man, he resorted to threats rather than motivating the players to perform. That speech ended up not motivating the players, but demoralizing them to the extend that they played poorly. He thought he was speaking to players who need the Black Stars to showcase their talents. Playing for your country is a matter of pride and sacrifice and if you threaten any player to perform, you end up driving away the players. These players are used to playing overseas where coaches give motivational speeches to inspire a team's performance. It won't surprise me if a few players decide to forego future Black Stars call up.
