  After going through the German system, I would expect Otto to know how to handle such players by now. In many cases at club level, if players don't play according to a coach's team plan, they are benched and they straighten up very quickly. On the other hand, I am sure these players who tend to play selfishly must also know by now that those who watch them have complained about their style of play, so they should also make an effort to adjust. while individual style of play can be sometimes refreshing, playing as a team just GIVES THE TEAM a HIGHER chance of getting results in most cases.

If they are not doing so in practice. You don't even playbthem at all. the coach clearly didn't alow Nuamah to display such tactics In practice. Now you are deliberately outing the player to put mud in his face and to show other teams that he can't follow instructions. If he can't follow instructions, why even play him? You can tell the guy is racist he looks down on Blacks,sub saharan Africans. This coach will destroy his career. Nuamah you can join celtic you better call your agent

Otto Addo may not be the coach to change things around, but he alluded to these selfish dribbling and individualism by players like Kudus, during our playoffs to the 2022 World Cup. How detrimental that was and how it affected the performance of our team. However, because a player like that scored a goal or two, there were lots in this very column who chastised the coach claiming he didn't know what he was talking about. No wonder there are some today who are also attributing these European coaches statements and actions to RACISM. Sometimes we can be the most myopic creatures roaming the surface of the earth!

  Otto knows this about Kudus. in fact he was the first person to publicly speak about it when all of us were hailing kudus as the next big thing mainly was largely due to individuallistic style of play. he made this comment during a press conference in Kumasi after the first leg play off of the 2022 world against Nigeria. that is why he deployed him at right wing and removed him for the number 10 during the the World Cup. I though he would continue being ruthless and making bold decision but he seems to have relaxed. for instance in his second coming he benched Jordan and asked him not to take anymore free kicks and corner kicks because he Jordan has ruined 99% of our set pieces. fast forward 2-3 games later Jordan is back taking freekicks again and continue to ruin them all and Otto Addo sit aloof. for someone with who is supposed to be German trained, he appear to laidback and timid like a typical Ghanaian. remember Otto Addo is a talent coach so when it comes to player profiling he is the best. he knows the players inside out , their strength and weaknesses but he needs to stamp his authority otherwise his second coming will be disaster

They are strong, fast, and have the tendency to keep the ball for a while to display some skills before releasing it. Since coaches are complaining, the school should take note and add value to these great skills and technique. After all, the principal objective for a team in a match is to score goals and win.

  Our players should learn when to pass, and be in position to receive passes. We have very good players, yet their display on the field portray individualistic kind of playing. They all want to go for the glory of scoring a goal. and even unnecessary dribbling. I do not have to mention the names of such players in the Blackstar. If the Blackstar starts playing as a team Inaki Williams WOULD FIT WELL in the team.
