Coach Otto Addo, in terms on the relevant materials/ talented players, you have a strong squad that should match any team on the continent but what you have to do is to work on their mindset by establishing the way you want them to play ( continuous attacking), the urgency on the field of play, no player over possessing to delay the team's attacking progress and those that can not cope you axe them. It's with such discipline that you can have control over the team and win matches. Learn from how the coaches of the teams your players play for, manage them to obtain the desired results.
Be bold to bench any player who wants to do his own thing to the detriment of the entire team.
These days nobody plays slow football and win, but that is what the Black Stars want to play when they come here allowing opponents to recover and when they attack us we yield to their pressure.
It's better to invite players you can control be they local players that swollen headed foreign based.
You may ask for a psychologist for the team.
I recommend past pace attacking football and you can get the best out of Inaki and Semenyo, very good strikers.
