Our major problem is our Mentainance culture as a country

Because Achie is now a politician, he cannot but pander to the Minister and President. I am afraid that we won't get balanced input from Achie any longer as he has joined the political elite.

  The developed countries overcame this problems by outsourcing everything
  Ask migrant workers outside and they will tell u they work harder to ensure the growth of their establishment for continual employment but the opposite happens in Ghana
  I worked in a foreign and state companies in Ghana and I tell u outsourcing is the best and short contract
  Nobody will be counting days without doing any work
