Some people are conditioned to criminality that they are willing to pay money to anyone promising them visa that they are willing to circumvent proper channels. Visa scams are nothing new in the country and yet many people fall victims to this scam. The couple that paid Inkoom should have known better that he couldn't deliver the US visas he promised them. The police are not blameless in this episode. They should have issued a warrant for Inkoom's arrest and should have picked him up when he failed to show up. Although Inkoom has allegedly committed a crime, the police are willing to drop charges if he pays back the money to the people he swindled.

Samuel Inkoom defrauded my friend and me of GHS 33,000 and $1,200, respectively, while we were planning to pursue our master's program in Poland. He offered to help us obtain a Schengen visa without leaving Ghana, claiming connections with ambassadors. After meeting him and seeing his social media photos with diplomats, he said he spoke to the Netherlands ambassador, who could assist us. He requested payment and then vanished, ignoring our calls. We reported him to the Cantonment Divisional Police, but he evaded their invitations until he was publicly named in January. Despite this, he denied the allegations and managed to evade serious consequences with the help of some unreliable media outlets. He even bribed police officers and investigators who tried to undermine our case until we reported them to PIPPS. Now, our case has been escalated to the Regional headquarters, and the dockets are ready for court. I can't wait for him to face justice; if he had been held accountable sooner, many new victims wouldn't have suffered. He is a skilled con artist exploiting his fame for fraud.

1. He has appeared in court 8 times 4 of them the victims went back to their jobb in Europe and could not come to court he was discharged.

2 He has defrauded 2 business men in Sunyani on visa fraud took Dollers from them to send his players to Europé to play through ceek. After he has refused to answer calls or pay back.

2. He stole a credit card at Alisa Hotel Last year, He was caught on Camera.

3. On the 5th of August 2024 i was given a top by a friend of mine who sells Beach clothes in Accra that he will be appearing in Achimota Court for stealing a credit card on the 5th of August 2024. I was there myself,, the magistrate Said the complainant was not at court so he was discharged but not acquitted. As he was coming out from the court room, another Police team came from the CID headquarters to arrest him for defrauding another woman Samuel Inkoom spent 3 days in Police cells from the 5th of August 2024 and was bailed. He promised to pay the Said woman her money in one month. The Police agreed and released him, but as he was being bailed 3 more People came with a fraud case against him. Samuel Inkooms People pleaded he had already spent days in cells so he be made to rest.

4. All the materials he is using for his clubs training and for Another club in Central region i think Awutu Senya or Fetteh one of them. He went to buy them that He will pay in a week. 2 months now the seller is calling him to take his money worth 14,000 Ghana cedice He is not picking up and hiding in Gomoa.

5. He has defrauded a friend of mine and her brother in Accra in a tune of 2000 Dollers on visa fraud.

6.As i am writing now, the Police CID headquarters in Accra is preparing to arrest him on fresh charges of 5 more New fraud case against him. He has no property left he is lying to the court. He own no
Property he can sell to pay. Ler the court controllall papers He Will bring the authentisity.

7. None of the old players want to help him, because he has defrauded most of them.

8. The Professional Footballers Association PFA is tired of his cases that, they dont even want to hear about his cases anymore.

9. He recently played a justify in Accra to select players to his Ceek academy. After he took Dollers from many of the guys that he was sending them to Norway. Up till date the guys managers are after his for his money he does not pick calls.
