Does the Sports Minister mean to tell us that the ministry does not have a clue as to what goes on at our various stadia; and that they do not carry out any monitoring of activities carried out there? Then what exactly is the use/function of this ministry and of course the minister. He now seems to be waking up from a deep slumber with his belated slamming of the NSA (and the probable scapegoating/sacrificing of its former boss).
