RENOVATION WAS DONE IN 2020, 2018, AND Essipong built in 2007. There should be SPECIALIZED TRAINED PEOPLE PERMANENTLY employed to do the basics on daily basis to protect the integrity and readiness of the place at all time, especially the pitch. It has to be constantly watered with a sprinkler system not a water tanker that can cause erosion. And, the grass has to be cut every two weeks with a riding mower with adjustable blade, not langalanga. This simple task is not rocket science people. Churches, concerts, and the teams that play there have to pay heavy to offset the maintenance cost. NO FUNCTION SHOULD BE ALLOWED THERE IF THEIR OFFER DOEST NOT COVER THE POTENTIAL WEAR AND TEAR/DAMAGE.

We build new structures and then pray and expect the structures to maintain on their own. Whatever are appropriated for maintenance if any at all, is quickly squandered and the vicious cycle continues unabated.

Common sense should tell us that, a country with warm weather conditions(sun) and heavy rains can cause extreme rust and cracks to our seats and pail the grass. So why not install hybrid pitches and roof the stadia, and crown them with electronic advertising boards at the perimeters?, junkies will never think this way, they will still install natural grasses and leave the stadia unroofed, and in no time they are deteriorating again. We have lots of !d!0ts, old-fashioned and villagers in positions.
