  Hearts fans can't keep blaming coaches and management, and ignoring the elephant in the room. Togbe Afede, the executive chairman is the main problem of Hearts of Oak!!!! The man is a mediocre leader, petty, controlling, dictator with no visionary leadership qualities! Shall we keep changing coaches every 6 months??????
