The capacity at UG is more than 3000 as you stated, the the dressing room seats are short of 3 and the press area can be fixed. Journalists in Ghana are doing everything fir the match to br played outside.

Same way we don't have a single 20,000 multipurpose events venue for hosting shows but politicians are thinking about building many low cost amphitheatres. We're a foolish people indeed. Nkwaseafour

If we are serious to play at The UG stadium, CAF is ready to approve it.
If we want to go outside Ghana too, that's it.
The issue is wether we play in Ghana or outside, these foreign based players will not add any value to what they are known to do always.

All I can say is that there are high schools, not to say about colleges in the US, with better facilities than you have in Ghana. The government lacks vision, by not being able to build stadiums that meet or exceed CAF specifications. Because of this ineptitude and lack of maintenance culture, Black Stars will likely play its home games away from the country.
