  Don't politicise this, it simply wont work. Coaches like all humans also look for better opportunities. We have sent ppl abroad to train ad they never returned, Regions and districts have sponsored teachers in training colleges and they never returned..
  Ask th older generation, those days Ghana was good in sports, most PE teachers from Winneba were from the Volta Region and they were everywhere in the country.
