Charles Taylor isn't making any sense. And if you think he does, you aren't making sense either. The constitution doesn't give the vice president the authority to implement whatever vision he has. He can only bring his ideas on board and if the president approves he implement them. However, if he was president he could implement whatever vision he has without the limitations of his current position. If you don't understand this basic fact then politics has eaten your sense. It's okay to criticize Bawumia on anything he has done or even express your doubts, but to say he could have implemented whatever he's promising now is the lowest on the scale of common sense. He doesn't have that power as a vice-president.

1.Who knows the Vice President?Legally Ghanains elected the President Article 62 and 63 and there shall be a Vice Presidebt he is nominated Article 60(2) Since Ghana operates the Executive type of Presidency He the President is vested with the Executive Authority Article 58(1) Executive President and The commander in chief Article 57(1).Let us also remember that The 1992 constituion is the Supreme Law of Ghana Article 1(2) and it's that constituion that has distributed powers to the various organs of the state to the extent that The Vice President face does not appear on any ballot paper in any election in Ghana to be voted for that is why the buck stop with the President For the Vice once he is nominated and accepted by Ghanaians if the President is elected His job function is assigned to him by the President Article 60(1) apart from this The Constitution also assign some jobs once the President is elected and the Vice he nominated is accepted like the Head of Police council Article 201(a)
The President wields Executive power and even in the appointment of the Judges to Supreme court the Procedure in Art 144 but the President is not per GBA v Attorney General is not bound by it!!
So let us stop disturbing the Vice President for not taking some decision ĥe has no power save those assigned to him by his boss and the constituion The person.
The buck stop with the President because Article 58(1)tells us the Executive power is vested in him and nobody else!!!

1.Who knows the Vice President?Legally Ghanains elected the President Article 62 and 63 and there shall be a Vice Presidebt he is nominated Article 60(2) Since Ghana operates the Executive type of Presidency He the President is vested with the Executive Authority Article 58(1) Executive President and The commander in chief Article 57(1).Let us also remember that The 1992 constituion is the Supreme Law of Ghana Article 1(2) and it's that constituion that has distributed powers to the various organs of the state to the extent that The Vice President face does not appear on any ballot paper in any election in Ghana to be voted for that is why the buck stop with the President For the Vice once he is nominated and accepted by Ghanaians if the President is elected His job function is assigned to him by the President Article 60(1) apart from this The Constitution also assign some jobs once the President is elected and the Vice he nominated is accepted like the Head of Police council Article 201(a)
The President wields Executive power and even in the appointment of the Judges to Supreme court the Procedure in Art 144 but the President is not per GBA v Attorney General is not bound by it!!
So let us stop disturbing the Vice President for not taking some decision ĥe has no power save those assigned to him by his boss and the constituion The person.
The buck stop with the President because Article 58(1)tells us the Executive power is vested in him and nobody else!!!
