Nico decided by himself to play for Spain, nobody forced him. Concerning Inaki in his interview he said he will never play for Ghana, because he saw his chances with the Spanish National Team, he only decided to play for Ghana when he didn’t get a call up from Spain. And he knew that age was catching up with him, hence he made that double U turn.
I think any player with a Ghanaian decent who plays for their Country of birth do so with conviction, without anybody forcing them. Let’s be proud and pray for Nico and the rest to shine in their careers, because no matter which Country they are playing for, anytime their names are mentioned, you also hear Ghana’s name. At least it is something is isn’t?

The idea of Ghana relying solely on foreign born players is a stopgap measure by GFA, to field a winning team without the expenses of developing grassroots soccer in the country. You can't go around poaching other countries' players and then thinking that you are going to develop soccer in the country. GFA is only interested in winning tournaments to give the appearance that they are presenting the nation with a winning team. That formula has failed the country and it's about time they retooled their strategy. It takes money, commitment and the will power to develop soccer be taken seriously. Ghana foot lacks all these attributes.
