There is nothing selfish about his actions. His job is to play football, and he loves doing it. He will always strive to play for the Black Stars, whether it's out of love for the country or to promote himself. There is nothing wrong with that. It is the responsibility of the coaches and handlers of Ghana football to determine if he is in good shape and fit enough to play. Please stop insulting someone who is simply trying to do his job.

@Gaskia & Ghana Son , l want to share my opinion on this. We all saw the performance of CR in the just ended Euros . Every free kick he went for the ball to take it and he missed all of them. Meanwhile they have Bruno Fernandez who is one of the best in set pieces . CR is failing to realize he is no more the CR of yesterday. In the semis with France , CR played for 120mins standing and isolated .Even though it is the coach who refused to sub him, world wide media blasted him. We all read comments made by legends like Didi Hamman ,Lalas, Porborsky and they called CR selfish. And if you check BBC comments section on each match Portuguese played, thousands and thousands of fans labelled CR selfish , egoistic and arrogant . Thats how football lovers called him . That can't be and insult but exactly how they saw CR.

If Otto wants to succeed , he must build the team having good relation with the media and the fans .Rx England coach was never liked by the English fans. On any match day for England , GS received a lot of bashing from the fans because he like to favour Maguire, Grealish, Rashford , Sterling and Henderson whilst Foden will be sitting on the bench . The fans forced him to drop all those guys and called Cole Palmer, Watkins, Toney . The fans wanted Watkins over Harry Kane and we all saw the impact of Ivan Toney Watkins when brought on . No coach will come and go back for Sterling, Henderson, over generational talents Saka, Foden , Cole Palmer , Jude Bellingham . The English fans , pundits made those calls a constant issue. So the coach alone cannot go back for tired legs Dede and drop generational talents like Ibrahim Osman, Osman Bukari , John Painstil , Brandon Asante , Inaki , Semenyo. In 2022 WC , Spain was beaten by Japan and Morrocco , but they kept faith with the Lamine Yamal, Nico , Olmo etc and now they are a team to beat. We wish Dede the best of luck to get a new club , but to come back to BS it's a not not not not. CR has won ballon Dors, Champions league and even Euro cup , but the Portuguese want him out of their team .The Diogo Jota, Bruno Fernando time to step up.
