There is no point of investing money into it for renovations again because it's will call for another renovation the following two years. Just demolish it and put up a new stadium with up to date fifa regulations standards. I ...

There is no point of investing money into it for renovations again because it's will call for another renovation the following two years. Just demolish it and put up a new stadium with up to date fifa regulations standards. Its can pay for iitself if you bring in facilities such Movie Theater, Conference or Convention Center, Restaurants and Hotel around it beside football games.
