The Portuguese coach caused the team's exit by playing CR 120mins whilst Diogo Jota was sitting on the bench. Such a coach will not be spared. Please read all the BBC comments on that match.
Your second issue on the captaincy , l wish you had named any team apart from Ghana , where it becomes a debate. Only in Ghana these things are done in secrecy and it becomes a wrangling issue. Club sides legends Gerard , John Terry and Gary Neville joined their academy teams and grew to become Captains without fuss. For national teams Carol Puyol for Spain , Maradona , Lothar Matheus and Philip Lahm for Germany etc were made Captains without any debate .
