  Business is a full time job and not part time. The people closer to you are the least trusted when comes to managing your business. How can people managing your super market use your properties as collateral to take a loan without your consent. They need the property documents before they process the loan application. I will sue the bank and all those involved. Something doesnt add up

  Blame yourself. You unfortunately spent too much time out of the country and thought business management in the west applies here in Ghana. GHANAIAN workers cannot be trusted for anything. If you are not opening and closing your own shops then forget it. I know business owners that don't take cash payments at all. Only momo and credit card because they don't trust their workers. Instead of monthly balance reviews it's daily.
  Maybe you might find that Ghanaian worker that you can leave your business with but it will take time to break them i and willing ness to give them equity in the business.
