Imagine a team receiving mere 3k ghc in gate fees. The players are struggling to earn decent wages. So, if the opportunity arises for a player to make even €5000 a month, he will leave for Europe.

Even if they play in division 4, they are much better off than playing in Ghana Premier.
As African players they might even have only 15 years maximum to ply their career. Afterwards whats their retirement package. Look at the poverty their senior colleagues are wallowing in and tell them not to leave to Europe.
