Previous years Dede Ayew was one of our best players in the National team but age will not permit him to play the way he would want to. He has seen it all and the time has come for him give way to the young and energetic ones also to showcase their talent. We still have a good team so lets rally behind the current squad and they will do well

The same people who think Dede Ayew is the problem of blackstars will soon know the truth. How can one player on the pitch be the reason why ten other players can't perform? Dede won U20 WC for Ghana before joining the blackstars and he's only 35 yrs and still playing competitive club football and doing better than most of the so-called young players, yet people driven by emotions or hatred always call for his head because who made a few mistakes that even great players like Ronaldo and Messi sometimes make. Even in MLS Messi is loosing games and that's part of the game. We saw the same thing recently when people were tried Jordan down to the point that he was dropped from the striker position for Inaki Williams and what was the results? Dede and Jordan are still the top goal scorers in the current squad so if the young players are better than them as people claim let them break their records. Dede's retirement is inevitable, but it's too early to drop him from the team.
