One of the major problems BS has faced with all our coaches ( Houghton, CK, Rajevac, Otto ) in the last few years is lack of prudent team call-ups and substitutions during matches. Check last time Alidu Seidu played regularly for his club. We all watch matches every. Automatically Alidu Seidu and others who are bench warmers in their clubs will be starting for BS. And because most of them are either defenders or midfielders , they can't progress the ball. They therefore resort to back passes because they are afraid, jittery and not confident. All fans will watch closely the squad Otto will select. That will tell us same Otto is back or new Otto has arrived. About 5 players of our current pool are consistent bench warmers in their clubs.Whilst we have players who are serious performers in their clubs every week. Just hope the list we are awaiting will not be from the board room but the one Otto himself has selected based on proper criteria.

I watched Otto play indoor soccer while on a trip to Germany several years ago - he was a very good attacker. Our main problem is with the defense. Let’s hope Painstil can seriously help with selecting the right players!

My main problem is our porous defence. Alidu and Salisu are not reliable. Jittery and prone to errors. Gideon can also be a pain in the ass as well. Beginners who feel they are world class. They need to be told to be humble.
